Marchos and Conchi – Lead Pastors The same Sunday I was in Tenerife Marcos Vidal, the President of the Spanish Salem churches and Lead Pastor of the Madrid church, told me of the visit of a senior pastor and one of his leaders from Paris, France. This pastor has some 20 churches under his responsibility and came to see and learn about the rich passion of worship and church life among the Salem churches in Spain.
