Nepalese Celebrations: Pastor Uddhab Appointed
Pastors Boaz and Ruth have a large heart for the Nepalese across Romania and Europe. With the Bucharest church well established, they now desire to begin an additional church plant in the coming months. While Boaz and Ruth consider their next steps, Uddhab was appointed to give pastoral care and direction to the congregation in Bucharest.
Along with the appointment of Pastor Uddhab and his wife, Sophia, the local Nepalese community and international guests over-flowed the room to commemorate the six-year anniversary of the founding of the church.
The Nepalese congregation does enjoy a colourful celebration. It is an opportunity to show their gratefulness to God for his faithfulness and to honour those who serve as part of the ministry team. We were fortunate to attend their Sunday service on ‘Pastor Appreciation Day’ and gifted with beautiful scarves and a fragrant perfume and cologne to remember the occasion.
